LOCATION: Bloomington, Minnesota (onsite position)
DURATION: Full-Time Position - ONSITE in Bloomington, Minnesota

DESCRIPTION:
ROLE:
As a software engineer, you will be a member of a cross functional team developing and supporting mission critical applications.
Education Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor s degree in Software Engineering, or a related field plus 5+ years of job-related experience
- OR Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
- Agile experience preferred.
- Advanced computing software, hardware
- Embedded or systems development and fielding; sustainment and lifecycle support
- Strong and diverse working knowledge of software languages, hardware and industry best practices
- Advanced mathematics / physics; a track record of excellent team dynamics, development, and relevant technical contributions
- Technical and problem-solving skills in advanced computing systems, hardware, software, mathematics, physics, or end-mission applications and support, with an understanding of how those capabilities fit into the bigger product / service offering.
- Expertise in applying technology and technical skills to solve challenges in creative ways.
- Experience digging into hardware specifications and leveraging hardware interfaces in the composition of low-level software solutions.
- Energized by the diverse software and computer engineering problem sets.
- A willing and effective collaborator, with team members, customers and general technical counterparts.
- Knowledge of general programming principles and optimization strategies, with previous experience in Assembly, C/C++, Python, Rust, Embedded Linux or others.
- Development and testing skills in High Performance Computing applications or advanced computing / embedded systems.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
- 5+ to 7 years experience
- Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. Citizenship is required.
